William Bonin is a Chicago native who started painting late in life. He attended Wright Junior College and Francis Harrington School of Design. Mr. Bonin worked in the fabric department for Lussky, White and Coolidge. He became manager at the Merchandise Mart for eight years. Later he took a position with Toms-Price for 28 years until his retirement in 1995. Watercolors are William’s main focus in painting.
