Catherine Grieves

This month the St. Charles Public Library features the art of Catherine Grieves. This artist is a former student of the Chicago Academy of the Arts and the Art School of The Art Institute of Chicago.

Catherine’s style is very personal and innovative. She has been influenced by the work of the German Expressionist Movement. Her favorite media are charcoal and pastels.

The artist is currently pursuing her passion for teaching Art History and art techniques to elementary school-age children.
