The St. Charles Arts Council, in partnership with the St. Charles Park District and the Library, is presenting Charlie’s Center for the Arts. Events will run from Thursday, September 12 to Sunday, September 15. Encompassing multiple venues in St. Charles, it features visual art

Grass Roots Literary Showcase

This one night only event, will showcase published poets and authors from all around the Fox Valley area. These writers will utilize their individual styles of performance to present their written word in a way that will make the literature rise from the page and waltz in front of the audience. Bring your own chair and spend a relaxing evening full of spoken words. Sponsored by the St. Charles Public Library.

Storytellers Sue Black and Linda Gorham will be telling stories from around the world and right next door. There will be stories that are fun and full of energy and stories that will make you want to chant, sing, think, imagine and dream. So gather round for the telling of fabulous tales.
