Flip-a-Word: Pig Wig

This is a funny, energetic beginning reader. With just one word on most pages, illustrated with a silly picture, kids can have fun with this one. First we see a pig, on the next page a jig, then a wig. The 'ig' words continue, and then they are combined in humorous ways. We see a dancing pig, doing a 'pig jig,' then a pig in a wig ('pig wig'). This continues with 'ug' words (bug, mug, rug, etc.) and 'at' words. For more fun with word families, look for other books in the Flip-a-Word series. (Reading level: 1.0)
