Humphrey is delighted with his life as class hamster in room 26. The kids are fun. He gets to learn to read and write. Ms. Mac takes him home every weekend, and they have adventures together. Then the 'unsqueakable' occurs: Ms. Mac leaves the class, and Mrs. Brisbane resumes her role as teacher. Suddenly, Humphrey is stuck in a class with a teacher who hates rodents! Humphrey is a smart hamster, though, and he figures out how to solve a lot of problems on his own. He may even find a way to help the humans in his class with some of their problems. Hamster lovers will enjoy this tale of a friendly hamster and his adventures. The story is full of sage advice from Humphrey and even some tips on caring for hamsters.
We all know Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Christopher Robin from the Disney movies we watched when we were younger. Read the stories these movies are based on and find out about Pooh's real name. These stories are great to share aloud with others!

Turtle and Rabbit want to play with each other, but each is not interested in what his friend wants to do. In frustration, they begin calling each other weird. Rabbit begins telling turtle what weird activities he does. Turtle answers back with a weird activity that Rabbit does. Both animals then happily begin to see that they are both weird! Do you like cotton candy, with ketchup and mustard, like Rabbit and Turtle?

Life as a kitchen pantry mouse is filled with danger not only from the inside cat. This outside world is even more dangerous especially without his family to teach him. There are encounters with dogs, raccoons, owls, as well as dealing with being lonely and finding his way back inside. Young Fredle's adventures are filled with awe and wonder as he discovers his strengths in his quest to stay alive.

Young people who love disgusting things will be delighted with this picture book, which examines animal babies and what they eat. Lizards, owls, frogs, and other types of animal babies are shown eating rotten eggs, worms, spiders, and rats. Each two-page spread features an animal baby gobbling down an unappealing meal with the repeated refrain, 'That's not our baby's supper! Yuck!' The book closes by showing what our (human) babies do eat for supper: warm, creamy milk.
