When his sister disappears while meeting a client on the 13th floor of a shabby old building, Buddy Stebbins rushes to the rescue only to find himself transported back in time 300 years aboard a leaking pirate ship during a horrific storm. During his journeys, Buddy meets a number of his ancestors who are in desperate need of his help.
