Unlike all the other gray elephants, Elmer is brightly colored in a patchwork design. He's the life of the party, and he loves to make his elephant friends laugh. One day, he starts to feel sad that he doesn't look like the rest of the herd, so he sets off on a journey to change his color. He finds a way to turn himself gray, but no one recognizes him, and no one is laughing anymore. What will Elmer do?
