An old emperor who loves flowers announces that the child to show the best results from planting the flower seeds he distributes will be his successor. Children flock to the emperor to get their special seeds, including Ping. When Ping receives his flower seed, he tries everything he can, but it will not grow. What will Ping do when everyone around him is growing beautiful flowers, and all he has is an empty pot?
