A poor shoemaker has just enough leather to make one last pair of shoes. This one possession stands between him and ruin. He sets out the precious cut leather in the evening so that he can sew it the following day. When he awakens, there has been a miracle! The leather has already been fashioned perfectly into a spectacular pair of shoes. These shoes bring in enough money to double the shoemaker's resources.
