Bear insists he doesn't like birthdays and mouse insists that they need to celebrate. Mouse tries different things like having a party, dropping off balloons, delivering a card, bringing a present, and finally baking a cake. In the end, bear decides it would be fun to celebrate and eat cake with mouse.
