When the evil Emperor Flood drowns the magical kingdom of Star Lands, he also kills the king, queen, and their infant daughter. Only 12-year-old Asa and her 9-year-old brother, Rollo are left of the royal family, and they find refuge with their aunt. One day, a mysterious (is there any other kind) stranger arrives at their door with the shocking news that their baby sister has survived and is hidden with a witch, the evil emperor's half sister. He gives them a magical, invisible ship on which they are to set sail and rescue her. The story continues with sea hags, spiders, special powers and a magical moon stone that make this an exciting fantasy adventure.
