Although she is a bit nervous about going to school, Betsy's first grade year is full of wonderful, new experiences. She learns about tadpoles and the true meaning of Thanksgiving, makes new friends, and has more fun than she'd ever imagined. She also looks forward to summer at her grandfather's farm.
